Meet your consultant
Brian Bondus joined ALO Property Group in 2018 as a director. He transitioned into the commercial real estate field after a professional broadcasting career as a TV news reporter and anchor for eight years. Most recently, Brian worked for Fox 59 and CBS 4 News in Indianapolis where he was the Hamilton County and economic development beat reporter. Brian also covered general assignment news including regional infrastructure improvements, national trends and central Indiana crime. One of his proudest moments was being part of the Great Lakes Chapter 2017 Emmy Award Winning Morning News Broadcast for CBS 4 This Morning’s coverage of the Kokomo Tornado in 2016.
Born and raised in Carmel, Brian is excited to start serving the people of central Indiana in a different way. Instead of telling people’s stories, Brian looks forward to helping companies and small business owners write their own. Brian is focused on building long-term relationships with his clients and becoming a trusted advisor for all of their real estate needs with his partner and mentor, Ralph Balber.
In his free time, Brian enjoys playing pick-up basketball, golf and attending concerts. Brian is an Eagle Scout and his project was coordinating Veterans Day and Memorial Day services for Veterans in nursing homes who were unable to attend other ceremonies. Brian is currently involved with College Mentors for Kids and the Best Buddies Program.
